Refunds 
There are no refunds for beverage orders (All beverage sales are final). 

Returns 
Our return policy is effective for 30 days, after your date of purchase for W|F Merchandise items. Returns that are requested after the 30-day mark (after your date of purchase), a refund and/or exchange will not be granted. The item must be unused, displayed in the same condition and original packing as received, to be eligible for a return.

There are goods that are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food/ snack items, and drinks cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

When the return is received and thoroughly inspected, an email will be sent to notify you of the receipt of the returned item. In the event the item is damaged/ defective after delivery, if applicable, we will notify you of the appropriate exchange details. Please view our exchange policy below.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
For exchanges, an item will only be replaced, if it is found defective or damaged in its original packaged state (i.e. unused/in the same condition). If you need to exchange an item (the same item ordered/purchases), please send us an email at info@wholisticflavour.com. Also, be sure to mail your item to the following mailing address:

Shipping Returns/Exchanges (if applicable)
Please be advised that you will be responsible for paying for any shipping costs for returning your W|F Merchandise item (shipping costs are non-refundable).
